Objectives and Targets

Mencast Subsea/Unidive Offshore Pte Ltd. has issued this statement to indicate our commitment to improving our workplace health and safety performance.

These objectives have been created to:

Promote and secure the health, safety, and welfare of the employees at work.

Develop and implement safe systems of work.

Conduct regular inspections to check for potential dangers such as tangled cords, messy floors, and disorganized tools.

Make sure employees have the right tools and have regular equipment inspections and testing.

Identify, reduce, eliminate, and control hazards.

Maintain compliance with all the applicable HSE legal and regulatory requirements.

Meet, and where possible, exceed, legal and industry safety standards.

Require the same standards from contractors and suppliers.

Encourage consultation in addressing safety issues

Conduct safety-related training to foster employee awareness

Have a proactive approach to injury management and return to work

Systematically address deficiencies and deliver opportunities for improvement through the application of our safety management system

Ensure full compliance with company rules and regulations, including strict adherence to the permit-to-work system.

A safety flash is to be disseminated to every individual in the department.

Continue to conduct regular Workplace safety committee meeting

Targets:

Achieve 100% training in safety requirements and toolbox talks.

Achieve zero lost-time injuries.

Zero Fines and Penalties by Local Authorities

Continually improve the H&S management system by conducting at least one safety inspection per month, regular updates, implementing industrial standards, and routine equipment maintenance programs.

Zero-hazardous exposure leading to occupational diseases
